How do I request a return or refund?
You can request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be in good condition. Use our contact form and include your order number, the item and the reason for your request. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, include clear photos of the item and packaging. Who pays for return shipping?
You pay the return shipping cost if you change your mind or no longer want the item. VentSwoop covers the necessary return shipping cost for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.
When will an approved refund be issued?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. A request is not confirmation that an order has been changed or cancelled.
Where can you ship, and what does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free when your item subtotal is above $50.00 USD after discounts and before tax and shipping. Orders with an item subtotal of $50.00 USD or less have a $5.00 USD standard shipping charge. No code is needed. How long will delivery take?
Timing depends on the item and destination. Contact us with the product name and delivery ZIP or postal code for an estimate before ordering.
How do I track a shipment?
Use your shipment tracking number on our Track Order page. If you do not have a tracking number, contact us with your order number.
Will an organizer fit my space?
Review the selected option and product images for dimensions. Measure cabinet openings, plumbing clearance or under-bed height before ordering.
